A 45-minute rhythmic ride that combines choreographed rhythmic moves with cycling techniques for a high-intensity workout designed to target your upper body, legs and core. The music is our inspiration and our instructors live to motivate. Step outside of your comfort zone, ride with a purpose, and let your tribe uplift and drive you.

The Epic Ride

Our signature class but double the time! This 90-minute full body ride is sure to be a burner.

The Theme Ride

 Who doesn’t love a theme?! From artist battles and instructor battles to black lights and costume parties, we ride hard and bring the fun!

Tack

A 45 min HIIT & Strength class OFF the bike.  Expect high energy, beat based movements in our newest class type.
